The study looked at how gross profit, operating profit, and net profit affect future cash flows in manufacturing companies in Indonesia from 2016 to 2019. They found that operating profit and net profit can predict future cash flows, but gross profit doesn't have a significant impact. Overall, all three profits together can predict future cash flows.
