Indonesia to Recognize Customary Land Rights with New Registration Policy.
The article discusses how Indonesia recognizes and respects traditional community rights to land, as long as they align with national laws and development principles. The study aims to describe current land registration policies and the legal aspects of registering customary land. The research uses existing data to show that the government's land registration policy targets certifying 126 million land parcels by 2025.
