Insurance companies in Serbia were analyzed for efficiency using the COCOSO method, which ranks their performance by lines of insurance. The study found that property insurance was the most efficient, followed by accident insurance and voluntary health insurance. Factors like living standards and economic conditions influenced the rankings.
