The study looked at how the size of a company, its financial structure, and its risk management practices affect its value on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. They analyzed data from 2013 to 2018 using a quantitative approach and found that company size has a significant impact on value for construction companies. However, the financial structure did not show a significant effect on value. On the other hand, implementing Enterprise Risk Management had a positive impact on the value of construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
