Attention training boosts concern for climate change in society
The study aimed to see if attention training could make people pay more attention to climate change information. They did two experiments where they showed participants positive and negative images related to climate change. The results showed that training with positive images increased attention to positive images, while training with negative images increased attention to negative images and made people more concerned about climate change. This suggests that training can help people focus more on climate change information and increase their concern about it.
