By analyzing 146 marketing decisions, the study identifies a unique entrepreneurial marketing process with four phases: product creation, product-market fit, market expansion, and refocus. The study also introduces an entrepreneurial marketing mix including productisement, people, and proof of value. This framework helps new businesses understand key marketing concerns and how to implement marketing strategies effectively.
