Price and customer service key factors in supermarket purchase decisions
The study looked at how different factors like price, merchandise variety, communication, location, customer service, and store layout affect people's decisions when shopping at CG Mart. They surveyed 100 shoppers and found that price, merchandise variety, and customer service all have a big impact on what people buy. Communication and location also play a role, but not as much. The way the store is designed and displayed doesn't seem to have a significant effect. Overall, all these factors together have a strong influence on what people choose to purchase at CG Mart.
