The company PT. Master Metal Precision needed a better way to measure its performance beyond just financial aspects. They used the Integrated Performance Measurement System to consider all stakeholders' needs. They identified 19 Key Performance Indicators and found that the company's overall performance was 3.48 out of 10. Seven KPIs met the target, 11 did not, and one was far from it. The company needs to improve on the KPIs in the yellow and red categories to enhance overall performance. The research also created forms for companies to use in measuring performance.
