Bank credit risk management is crucial for a bank's performance. This study focuses on using wireless communication and big data to manage credit risks. By analyzing credit risk characteristics and information gaps, a model was created for Bank S to assess credit risk factors. The study compared Bank S with three other banks to evaluate their credit risk management strategies.
