The study analyzed the financial performance of PT. Riau Islands Regional Development Bank from 2017 to 2019 using Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, and Return On Equity. Net Profit Margin shows how well the bank turns sales into profit, Return On Assets measures profit generated from assets, and Return On Equity assesses profit generated from capital. The results compared these values to industry standards and Bank Indonesia's guidelines. The study drew conclusions on the impact of changes in these metrics on the bank's performance.
