Organizational resilience is crucial for businesses facing crises like COVID-19. This study used a method called fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis to understand how different factors affect resilience in small and medium enterprises. By looking at resources, capacity, and system levels, the researchers found that there are multiple ways for businesses to achieve high resilience or not. This information can help managers decide how to allocate resources to make their businesses more resilient.
