Halal meat supply chain transformed by employee tech readiness and supplier quality
This research looked at how prepared employees are to use technology in the halal meat industry in Indonesia and how this, along with the quality of halal service suppliers, affects the effectiveness of halal logistics. They surveyed 276 people working in these industries to find out more. The results showed that employees being ready to use technology in halal meat retail significantly impacts the performance of halal logistics. The study also found that the quality of halal service suppliers has a noticeable effect on halal logistics. Furthermore, the study suggests that the connection between technology readiness in halal meat manufacturing and halal logistics performance is moderate.
