The OPM3® Portugal Project by Ambithus looked at how well IT organizations in Portugal manage their projects. They used a standard called OPM3® to assess maturity levels. They studied different IT organizations and found that the Portuguese industry is strong in project processes and has good project management maturity. The research suggests areas for improvement to reach even higher levels of maturity.
