The article discusses experiments on reinforced concrete columns under bi-axial bending moments. Twelve specimens were tested, showing stable relationships between bending moments and flexural deformations during cyclic loading with small constant bending moments. The study focused on the range of monotonic loading, with analytical and experimental results aligning well.
