The study looked at how eating brown rice and black rice affects blood sugar levels in people with diabetes in Kendari City. They found that both types of rice helped lower blood glucose levels after one week. However, there was no significant difference between the two types of rice in terms of their impact on blood sugar. In conclusion, both brown rice and black rice can help lower blood glucose levels in people with diabetes in Kendari City.
