New air cargo terminal classification model revolutionizes global logistics industry!
The study looked at what makes air cargo terminals successful by gathering input from 57 terminal operators worldwide. They identified nine main criteria and 44 sub-criteria that are important for terminal classification. By using a statistical method called principal component analysis, they grouped these criteria into three classifications for Thailand's major airports. This research provides guidelines for the air cargo industry to make better business decisions and investments based on these key criteria.
