Labor productivity is crucial for economic growth, especially in countries like India focusing on manufacturing jobs. This paper reviews various studies to identify 20 factors influencing productivity, grouping them into seven dimensions. The 'FLOPACE Model' is proposed to enhance labour productivity, with a sample calculation provided. The findings can help managers, policymakers, and researchers aiming to boost productivity in the workforce.
