Postharvest losses of fresh produce are a big problem in agriculture, with one third of fruits and vegetables being lost due to quality issues. The quality of produce is determined before and after harvest, with factors like temperature control, coatings, and biocontrol affecting postharvest quality. This Special Issue focuses on practices that impact fresh produce quality after harvest.
