The study looked at how different types of capital (human, structure, and physical) affect the financial performance of banks in Indonesia. They used data from Indonesian Stock Exchange-listed banks in 2011-2012. The results showed that physical capital efficiency positively impacts Return on Assets and Return on Equity, while human and structure capital efficiencies did not have a significant impact on these financial measures.
