The article discusses different types of performance measures used in organizations. Key result indicators (KRIs) give an overall view of how well the organization is doing, while result indicators (RIs) show how teams are working together to achieve results. Performance indicators (PIs) reveal what teams are actually delivering. Key performance indicators (KPIs) focus on the most critical aspects of organizational success.
