The article discusses migration and migration policy in Greece, focusing on the example of migration transition. It explores the challenges and prospects faced by Ukrainian workers abroad, considering the social, economic, and legal context of their lives in the host country. The study highlights the interest in Greece's migration situation and policy, where a significant community of Ukrainian citizens has emerged in recent decades. Additionally, it suggests that Greece's experience in transforming migration policy during migration transition could be beneficial for managing migrations in other countries.
