The goal of the study was to treat dairy wastewater using Bio Enzyme made from citrus fruit peels. The researchers fermented the Bio Enzyme with yeast to speed up the process. After treatment, they measured various parameters in the wastewater. The results showed that using different percentages of Bio Enzyme (2%, 4%, and 6%) effectively reduced pollutants like BOD, COD, TDS, TSS, pH, Alkalinity, Chlorides, and Oil & Grease in the wastewater. The study identified the most efficient percentage of Bio Enzyme for treating dairy wastewater.
