Water quality in Ulsan Area was predicted using a model that combines hydrodynamics and material cycles. The model successfully simulated levels of dissolved oxygen, chemical oxygen demand, total nitrogen, and total phosphorous in the area. This allows for predicting the impact of coastal construction on ecological health, like eutrophication and red tide, and can help assess future development projects in the ocean.
