Peak power management helps control energy use in homes by shifting high-demand activities to off-peak times. This lowers costs and eases strain on power grids. A new model using artificial neural networks was developed to manage peak electricity in residential buildings. The model successfully reduced peak loads and shifted energy use to non-peak hours, improving overall energy efficiency.
