The study looked at how different types of fertilizers affect the quality and yield of Bottle gourd plants. They tested twelve different treatments, including organic and chemical fertilizers. The best results came from using a mix of 50% chemical fertilizer, farmyard manure, vermicompost, and biofertilizer. This combination led to quicker fruit harvest, bigger fruits, higher sugar content, more ascorbic acid, and a higher yield per plot. Overall, this mix gave the best economic return compared to other treatments.
