The article looks at how Dalit women from the Dom community in Kolkata face discrimination at work due to their caste, class, and gender. By interviewing these women, the study shows how they experience violence and humiliation because of these intersecting factors. The research highlights how different forms of oppression overlap to impact the daily lives of Dalit women.
