EEU Expansion to Boost Member States' Economies Through Trade Liberalization
The study looked at how the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) is expanding its trade relationships with other countries. They analyzed the potential effects of forming free trade agreements with Pakistan, Korea, and Malaysia. By modeling the impact of reducing tariffs between these countries, they found that trade liberalization could lead to increased GDP, production, and trade for EEU Member States like Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia.
