Healthcare professionals in labor wards were surveyed to understand their views on patient safety culture and teamwork. The study found that different professions and labor wards influence how professionals perceive patient safety culture and teamwork. Teamwork perceptions play a significant role in overall patient safety. The results show that teamwork dimensions explain a large portion of the variance in how professionals view patient safety. This study highlights the importance of teamwork and how it impacts patient safety in intrapartum care settings.
