The article analyzes the profitability of transportation and storage companies in the Irkutsk region. It aims to understand what factors influence how profitable these companies are. The author developed a 3-factor model to study profitability, with two factors already known and one new factor. The relationship between these factors and profitability is important. The study shows how different factors can impact the profitability of these companies, providing new methods for calculating profitability.
