Cellulose, found in plants and animals, is widely used in industry for making composite materials, paper, and bioethanol. By studying its structure, researchers found that cellulose has strong mechanical properties similar to Kevlar, making it suitable for body armor. This review aims to explore the characteristics of cellulose for future research and applications.
