The study looked at predicting cyber-attacks on power generation companies by analyzing Cyber Situational Awareness (CSA) elements. Data was collected from Independent Power Producers (IPPs) through surveys. The results showed that negative effects on people and information handling can predict cyber-attacks. However, there was no evidence of network infrastructure cyber-attack predictions, possibly due to effective security measures in place by IPP managers.
