Climate change poses risks to irrigation water in arid regions. A systematic approach using Risk Management was used to identify and respond to these risks. Monte Carlo Simulation showed a 69% loss in crop production due to climate change. Response strategies include avoiding, transferring, mitigating, or accepting these risks. This study contributes by using a recognized risk management methodology, quantifying the compound effect of climate change risks, and recommending response strategies to help policymakers.
