The study looked at how to turn Huadian oil shale into oil efficiently. They heated the oil shale to different temperatures and found that the best temperature range for producing oil is between 375-425°C. Heating below 350°C is not effective, and above 425°C, the oil shale doesn't make much oil. This information can help make the process of turning oil shale into oil more cost-effective.
