The goal of the study was to create a plan for improving the administrative processes in Kelurahan Dampit by developing an enterprise architecture. The researchers used the TOGAF framework to guide the planning process, focusing on business processes, application design, data storage, and technology infrastructure. The key findings include the creation of a blueprint for business processes, application interactions, data management, and technology support, along with a roadmap for implementing the new system in Kelurahan Dampit.
