Personality Traits Predict Healthy Lifestyle Habits During COVID-19 in Russia
The study looked at how people's personalities affect their healthy habits during the COVID-19 pandemic. They found that traits like extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and neuroticism can predict different aspects of a healthy lifestyle. For example, extraverted and conscientious people were more likely to eat well, exercise, manage stress, and get good sleep. Agreeable and conscientious individuals were less likely to abuse substances. This suggests that our personalities play a role in how we maintain healthy habits during challenging times like a pandemic.
