The study looked at how knowledge management and innovation impact the performance of a company called TVRI Jakarta. They found that knowledge management and innovation directly affect competitive advantage and organizational performance. Competitive advantage also directly affects organizational performance. However, knowledge management and innovation do not indirectly affect organizational performance through competitive advantage at TVRI Jakarta.
