New model streamlines development of complex cyber-physical systems, cutting time and costs.
The article presents a model for gathering and refining requirements for cyber-physical systems (CPS). By eliminating conflicting and redundant requirements, the model aims to streamline the development process, reducing time and cost. The focus is on optimizing functional requirements early on in the process. The model provides guidance on how to collect, refine, and cluster requirements for developing CPS independently. A case study on applying the model to a transport system is also included.
