Budget constrained combinatorial auctions have been studied to find a way for bidders with private values and budgets to bid truthfully and efficiently. A new auction method has been developed that is fast, fair, and guarantees the best outcome for everyone involved. This method works even when the items are different and budgets are known to all bidders.
