The article examines factors that help technology transfer offices (TTOs) in universities successfully transfer technology. TTOs play a crucial role in commercializing university innovations, but success rates are low. By having the right structure and promoting entrepreneurial activities, TTOs can boost academic entrepreneurship and improve technology transfer outcomes. This can lead to more successful commercialization of university inventions and contribute to economic growth. The study suggests developing a framework to enhance strategic entrepreneurship within TTOs for better innovation commercialization.
