A new type of data called Synthetic microdata was created in Japan for educational purposes. This data is made from original data but doesn't need an application process or have restrictions for use. The National Statistics Center developed this Synthetic microdata to be easily accessible and useful for educational activities. By using multi-dimensional tables from the original data, Synthetic microdata was created and compared to the original data to see how they differ.
