The study looked at how intellectual capital affects the performance of Nigerian companies. They used a model to measure intellectual capital efficiency and analyzed data from 117 companies. The results showed that when human capital and structural capital are used effectively, companies perform better in terms of return on equity and return on assets. The study suggests that companies should focus on improving employees' skills and organizational structure to enhance their performance.
