Some countries with low taxes, known as tax havens, use unfair practices to attract investors. This leads to global tax avoidance and evasion. The OECD is working to stop these practices. Countries like Indonesia are trying to prevent tax avoidance and evasion through international cooperation and tax regulations. This study assesses if Indonesia's tax laws are effective in preventing international tax dodging.
