Cities in developing regions like Accra, Ghana are facing challenges from climate change due to rapid urban growth. This study looks at how Accra is working on policies to make the city more resilient to climate impacts. By reviewing the city's climate policies and actions, the researchers found that there is a need for targeted interventions to build resilience and adapt to extreme weather events. Accra's efforts could serve as a model for other similar cities in Africa to create sustainable urban futures.
