Empowering women through NGOs can help them become more independent and economically productive. This study looked at how rural women were impacted by participating in an NGO. The analysis showed that women who were part of the NGO became more economically empowered. This means they were better able to make decisions that affected their lives and were more financially self-sufficient. The study suggests that giving women the opportunity to be economically empowered can lead to a more empowered and respected position in society.
