Physicists Uncover Hidden Patterns Shaping Global Economy, Transforming Financial Forecasting
Econophysics is a new field that combines economics, math, and physics to study economic data using ideas from Statistical Physics and Complexity. The researchers in this paper present three examples of how Physics is used in Econophysics, highlighting the role of Physics in analyzing economic phenomena. They also introduce a new concept of network analysis for economic systems, which is still being developed.
