Top management support key for sustainable supply chain success with ERP
The goal of the study was to identify and rank critical success factors for implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in supply chain management. Researchers used a method called interpretive structural modeling to analyze these factors and then classified them using the MICMAC analysis. The top three factors for successful ERP implementation were found to be "Top management support", "Change management", and "Business process reengineering". This research can help managers plan ERP implementations to improve sustainability in supply chain management.
