Success at universities depends on their intellectual capital, which supports growth and advancement. A study investigated how human, structural, and relational capital affect the performance of Malaysian public universities. Questionnaires were given to university management teams, and the results showed that all three components significantly impact university performance. Intellectual capital was found to be most important for internal processes.
