The research used a descriptive-analytical approach to analyze the administrative system of the National Land Agency. Electronic registration has helped in updating ownership data, but challenges like human errors and lack of resources still exist. Coordination among all levels in the land registration process is essential to avoid legal uncertainties. The system should follow the principle of positive publicity to ensure validity of documents and prevent overlapping ownership evidence.
