The article presents a model for managing projects involving multiple organizations. The researchers studied different levels of governance in these networks and found that metagovernance influences network governance. They identified two types of governance within organizations that impact network governance, and established how these levels of governance interact with each other. The model was validated through a survey with 225 participants.
