Balance training boosts male adolescents' stability regardless of frequency.
Balance training can improve both static and dynamic balance in teenage boys. A study compared two different training frequencies (2 sessions of 30 minutes per week or 3 sessions of 20 minutes per week) and found that both led to improvements in balance performance. The frequency of training did not seem to make a difference in how effective the training was. So, whether you train twice a week for 30 minutes or three times a week for 20 minutes, you can still see improvements in your balance.
